Returns and Exchanges

Please choose carefully!  We do not give refunds if you make a wrong decision or change your mind. If you are not perfectly happy with your choice of purchase, please return the goods to us in their original and resalable condition within 30 days of the shipping date for an exchange or credit of merchandise*.  Credits will be honoured for 6 months from issue date. 

Any Puppy Phat product found to be faulty will be exchanged by us at our expense, however, before returning any products to us, please email us at admin@puppyphat.com and advise us that goods are going to be returned.  We will then email you a returns form to be completed for an exchange or refund which must be included with your return.

PLEASE NOTE:  We are happy to exchange if you have made a mistake with sizing BUT we do not reimburse for the cost of postage and all postal charges regarding a return/exchange are your responsibility.  PLEASE REMEMBER to include a stamped and self-addressed postage bag for your item's return.

Please email us at admin@puppyphat.com if you believe you have received a faulty item. We will then email you a returns form to be completed for an exchange or refund.  

We will gladly cover the cost of return postage if you have received the incorrect product or if your product has arrived damaged or faulty. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost postage if you change your mind or size.  Goods are the customer’s responsibility until they are receipted back by Puppy Phat. We highly recommend you send returned products through registered post with tracking.

PLEASE REMEMBER to include a stamped and self-addressed postage bag for your item's return.

We cannot accept damaged or soiled items for exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return at our discretion. Please allow 10 business days to process your returns; if the requested item is out of stock you will be notified.

*Goods that are returned in a condition other than their original and unused or after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
