FREE SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA 

Spend just $24.95 and your shipping costs are on us.  No probs if you are not spending this amount we will only charge you a flat fee of $7.95 Australia wide.   

General Information

We use Australia Post to ensure both a trackable and speedy service.  Please allow 24 – 48 hours for orders to be processed after placing your order. Orders placed on the weekend or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.  If you live in a regional or remote area, your order may take longer to arrive. Bulky items such as Phat Beds incur a $20 flat fee and are delivered by courier to your door.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their delivery details and product order are correct at the checkout.  Please note that Puppy Phat™ does not accept responsibility for delivery delays due to third party delivery services.  Once your order is full filled you will receive an email advising that your order has been shipped together with the Australia Post tracking number.  Should a delivery be returned to us marked "Return to Sender" due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer or failure to collect the delivery from the designated local post office or courier outlet, the order will incur a return to sender fee and the freight charges for the original dispatch are non refundable.

NEW ZEALAND

All NZ orders are delivered by Australia Post and a flat rate of $15 AUD applies and will be added to your order at checkout.  You will be advised by email the approximate delivery time as advised by Australia Post upon receipt and shipping of your product.

You will pay the flat overseas freight charge to us and it is then your responsibility to pay any input duty or sales tax within your own country.  There may be an entry tax for you to accept your product/s and this your responsibility.  Puppy Phat cannot be held responsible for these costs.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes overseas.  It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their delivery details and product order are correct at the checkout.  INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Did you know that we have been shipping internationally for over 10 years?  That’s right…the four corners of the world are not missing out. Puppy Phat packages travel far and wide to bring international pooches their piece of Phatitude!!!  From the Alps of France and chic St Tropez to the Rockies in Canada, flying down to hip LA, to the mountains in Columbia, to the pastures of Ireland and hills of Scotland to strolling in New York Central Park and even old London town, but not forgetting our near neighbours such as Hong Kong and Tokyo -  so watch out for an international pooch strutting their stuff with added street cred - and that will be a pooch in their Puppy Phat gear that has a whole heap of Phatitude.

Yep, sometimes it happens.  We are only as good as the information our IT world provides.  Its not something we like to have happen, however, if for some reason an order has slipped through we will notify you within one business day that we will not be able to supply your product.  Your options will be to select a different item to replace the one you have ordered or if it is an specialty item that we cannot re-order we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order - we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.  Please note, we do not store any of your information therefore all refunds will be directly to your bank account after you have verbally provided these details to us.
