Delivery of Puppy Phat Items
We currently charge a flat fee of $5.00 for all deliveries within Australia. Where possible we use Australia Post Express Post network to ensure both a trackable and speedy service.
Puppy Phat? cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Please note we will not deliver to PO boxes and no COD.
Return Policy
Please choose carefully! We do not give refunds if you make a wrong decision or change your mind. If you are not perfectly happy with your choice of purchase, please return the goods to us in their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and resalable within 7 days of the shipping date for an exchange or credit of merchandise*
*Goods that are returned in a condition other than their original and unused or after the 7-day period will not be accepted.
