Postage and Handling
We currently charge a flat fee of $5.00 for all deliveries within Australia. Where possible we use Australia Post Express Post network to ensure both a trackable and speedy service.
International deliveries and orders are no longer available at our online store. If you are not located within Australia and are interested in purchasing our products, please contact us via email. Wherever possible we use Australia Post International Services. Please note all prices quoted on this site are in Australian dollars. The prices quoted on our online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur.
Puppy Phat™ cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Please note we will not deliver to PO boxes and no COD.
Delivery Times
For all in stock items we endeavour to get them out to you within 24 hours. If a product is out of stock, you will be advised of the expected time frame of your order.
Please choose carefully! We do not give refunds if you make a wrong decision or change your mind. If you are not perfectly happy with your choice of purchase, please return the goods to us in their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and resalable within 7 days of the shipping date for an exchange or credit of merchandise*. Credits will be honoured for 6 months from issue date. We do not reimburse for the cost of postage and all postal charges regarding a return/exchange are your responsibility. We cannot accept damaged or soiled items for exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return at our discretion. Please allow 10 business days to process your returns; if the requested item is out of stock you will be notified. Any further exchanges will incur a charge for re-stocking of 30%.
*Goods that are returned in a condition other than their original and unused or after the 7-day period will not be accepted.

All colours of garments are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.

We will refund the monies paid using the original method received. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, Puppy Phat™ is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at its expense.
If your purchase an item that is not the right size or fit, it will be exchange at no charge if the item is returned in a new, resalable condition with all packaging intact within 7 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the above conditions are not met.
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt with all its original packaging. In the event that it is faulty or damaged,
